Good lord, just 1? I could post 100's of pictures of things I love.

It's a given that my daughter is the thing I love the most but I'm pretty sure any of you reading this knows that by now, so why not post something else you probally dont know. There again that could be 100's of things but lets go with this....

YUMM!!! I LOVE sushi! It hasn't always been this way. Most of my life actually I thought it was the most disgusting thing EVER, even though I had never tried it. I guess it was just the thought of consuming raw fish that turned me off. I grew up in a small town with a family of avid hunters so I was used to my meat being dead, butchered and well cooked not fresh out of the water and now on your plate. Then one day I decided I had the courage to try it. Now this courage may not have been entirely I guess you could say my own for a better word, it was guided with the help of a little friend me and my girls refer to as LC!!! Liquid courage! I was at a wine and food festival in downtown Portland after all. So after quiet a few taste tests I decided it was time for me to broaden my horizons!!! Best decision I ever made! Ok well maybe not the best but it's up there!! Sushi and I now have a wonderful relationship and it's actually quiet a ritual now. Since I'm living in small town USA again theres not a whole lot of options when it comes to food, theres 2 choices of fast food if that tells you anything. So now everyother Friday when I head to the valley to drop my daughter off for the weekend I have a date with my guy and the sushi bar!!!!!
